Our goal is to get inside your head and truly understand your vision. We will discuss architectural style, size, budget, timeline, interior exterior finishes and location and much more.
Step 2 - Commitment
We will present you a formal project proposal along with a budgeted price after your path has been determined. Our strength is knowing our capabilities as a home builder and we execute agreements with clients only whose needs match our capacity to deliver.
Step 3 - Construction of Your Dream
We as owners of the company work directly with you to make your dreams a reality and are involved in each stage of construction. This is one of the many features that set us apart. Our clients receive constant updates and site visits can be arranged upon request.
Step 4 - Move In & Service
Once you complete the exciting and life changing step of taking possession and moving in, Keystone Homes remains in the picture on call at any give moment should you have any questions or concerns. Our relationships with you our client carries through as long as you live in your home.
